Peachy Keen

I'm so sad that we had to cancel the blogger meet and greet last night because of the weather :( We didn't want to take any chances but we will be rescheduling so I will email everyone who told me they were coming.  I had a bridal shower today for one of my good friends and this is what I wore.  Originally I bought this dress for the shower, then I decided to wear it last night to the meet & greet, but when we had to cancel I figured it was best to just wear this today like I had planned in the beginning!

Dress: Forever21
Belt: Urban Outfitters
Shoes:Forever21
Clutch: Asos
Sunnies: H&M

This dress was only $14 and I think it's super cute.  You know I love peplum pieces.  It looked really plain though, so to dress it up and bring it together a bit more, I decided to wear this gold belt from Urban Outfitters.  Belts are a great piece to add to your outfits if you're looking for a little something extra.

I'm wearing these floral pumps and I love the pop of print it brings to this look.  Very feminine and chic.  I went with my white envelope clutch that I have been using so much lately.  It really goes with almost everything, just a great purchase.

So many girls have been asking me how I do my hair and I have seriously been slacking on my youtube vids.  I will do a tutorial soon, but I use the wand!  I love the way it curls my hair.  Also, I have on Essie Size Matters, MAC Creme cup lipstick and accessories from H&M.

Hope you had a great weekend!

Fashion's Night Out

This was my second year attending Fashion's Night Out and it was crazy! I had such a great time and I'm so happy that I went.  This year I stayed in SoHo and went to a bunch of different stores down there on Mercer Street with fellow bloggers JohnnyBell and Jason.  Fashionistas and bloggers took over the streets. I definitely can't wait till next year and I need to remember to bring a pair of flats!

I wore printed pants and a white blazer from Forever21, Target tank, Mandee shoes, vintage bag and red lips.  I wanted to stand out and I knew this outfit would make a statement.

The first stop was at UGGS and they threw a great event.  They had a DJ, mini hors d'oeuvre & treats, and lots of champagne.  They also had a photographer taking pics and printing out the photos.

One of the highlights of my night was getting to meet the sweet and lovely fashion blogger Aimee Song from SongOfStyle at Joes Jeans!  I absolutely love her style and we were both rocking our blazers the same way :)  I was able to talk with her for a couple of minutes and she said she loved my outfit and iphone case.  Definitely made me smile!  I also gave her my business card so hopefully, she can check out my blog!

Giving her my card :)

Another highlight was getting to meet the beautiful Nicole Warne from GaryPepperVintage.  I fell in love with her Australian accent.  I was lucky enough to get some really good advice from her about blogging.  She made a great point that to make sure that when shops send me pieces to wear, that it's something I would buy myself because whatever I wear and post on my blog is something that I am endorsing... I couldn't agree more!  It's great to get free merchandise, but still stay true to your own style.  She was truly a sweetheart and I gave her my card too :)

We went over to Paige Denim to check out Leandra Medine from TheManRepeller (one of my favorite bloggers) but we literally missed her by a half hour! We also stopped by Helmut Lang, Kate Spade and a few others!

Looks like someone had a great FNO! lol When you do what you love, it's hard not to smile!

I hope you all enjoyed last night as much as I did, and if you missed out, there's always next year!

XOXO

FALL Into Fashion

The first day of Fall isn't for another few weeks but I'm already dressing for it.  This was a spur of the moment outfit for me, but I really like the way it turned out and hope that you do too.  Nothing that I have on today is new, so I hope this is a good example of how you can style new looks with old pieces.

Blazer: Forever21
Tank: Target
Pants: Zara
Shoes: Zara
Clutch: Asos

One of the best things to do when the seasons change is to go through your closet and see what pieces you already have that can still work.  I love transitional pieces and things that can be worn all year round. These staple items are worth spending a little more money on because you will get so much use out of them.  A huge staple in my wardrobe are blazers, but you probably already know this :)

Prints are still going to be trending this Fall.  I wore these pants once before and this time wanted to switch it up by pairing it with a blazer.  And the whole "no white after labor day?"..  BLAH!  Winter whites are going to be HUGE this upcoming fall & winter seasons.  Who likes to follow the rules anyway?

In a few days it's Fashion Night Out which I am definitely trying to attend.  Fashion Week in NY is always so exciting.  I can't wait for the blogger meet and greet this weekend too!

Happy Tuesday Dolls!

Naty Grams

SEPTEMBER IS HERE! I know it's labor day weekend and some of you are probably away or busy soaking up the last minutes of summer.  I am so excited for fall fashion and everything that fall time brings.  I haven't had the chance to do photos this weekend but I wanted to share with you some of my recent instagram pics from the past few weeks :)

Last night's outfit.  I went to a rooftop in the city.
Wearing Zara blazer, Forever21 bustier, H&M shorts and Mandee shoes.
I felt like a little bumblebee!

I met up with fellow fashion blogger Lillian from Studs&Sapphires.  She's from LA and came to NYC over the weekend.  She's super sweet and I love her style!

A little collage I put together with some of my recent outfits of the day.

Fashion for dinner!

I was featured on the Style Network's site, thanks to Jessica Romano from Glam Fairy.  She used my photos as the right way to wear crop tops :)
